Based out of Portland, Oregon, CRIMES! has made their Buygore Records debut with their brand-new ‘Rewired’ EP available now. Delivering three hard-hitting, cutting-edge tracks, their ‘Rewired’ EP blends hip-hop inspired abstractions and that distinctive West Coast taste that is currently taking over the bass music realm.
The opening track “3RRORS” gives the EP a neurofunk style that breathes momentum into the listener’s ears. CRIMES! next song “PointBlank” dives into a deeper dimension of innovative sound design, calling attention to the halftime bass/future beats movement currently taking over the West Coast. Finally, the title track off the EP takes it home with a freeform bass tribute in “Rewired”.
